Fortunately, I have been working in ZhiSheng group for nearly five years. During nearly 2,000 working days, the unwearied work attitude and the sprite of willing to contribute of ZhiSheng people makes me respect for them .
I remember once a time , The employees were busy in capturing the rent of Shoe City in Daxing Road market ,but several proprietors refused to pay the rent through various improper reasons and spread the rumors which not benefit to our company . In order to appease this status as soon as possible , the Shoe City manager Mrs .Li regardless of her father"s hospitalization, and round-the-clock, forgot food and sleep and took leave of visiting and inquiring in the proprietors .After a busy day, in order to clean up the data ,she even had no time to eat dinner . Only when in the deep darkness, she can hurry to the hospital to take care of her hospitalized father.
How strong sense of dedication and sense of responsibility, and how ecstasy enthusiasm for the work! Sometimes I think, from the family perspective, for her father"s illness, she can respite the work at hand, but she did not. What strength drive her to work fling caution to the winds? It is the high enterprise and enthusiasm which for the company"s benefit , market stability and the enterprise she loved.It has a lot of instances like Manager Li in our company, just like the glittering stars in the sky.
I think that in this holy land of Zhisheng , just because of we have many employees who love the enterprise such as love their families and tenacity to forge ahead, dedication to their careers ,and never have a sense of satisfaction, thereby makes Zhisheng Group have a bright future, and makes Zhisheng this piece of land full of vitality!
