The First Session of the Fourth Conference of Representatives of Workers of Zhisheng Group & Four City Honours (Nationally Civilized City, Nationally Advanced Clean City, National Environmental Protection Model Cities, National Garden City ) Getting Studying Conference was held on March,25, a beautiful spring day. The leaders of the Group, employees of every sector and workers of each market under Zhisheng Group participated in this conference.

Mr. Fang Chuansong, vice president of the Group and also Chairman of the Tread Union presided over this meeting and reported related work.

In the past year ,supported by the leaders at all levels of party committee ,Government and all social sectors , and according to the overall arrangements of the Group, Zhisheng Group had realized its all-round progress through the 20 years development . The land bank, industrial scale , interest of the Group , the company assets and income of staff had set a new record .

These achievements have not only laid the foundations of building a harmonious Zhisheng Group ,but also confirmed the hard work of Zhisheng people.

On the basis of sound development, in the year 2008, Zhisheng Group will continue make the project development as its main business, build up a sound guiding ideology, follow the laws of the market economy, seize the opportunity to develop, make an effort to transform the ways to achieve economic growth , readjust the industrial structure , strengthen the ability to make profit so as to improve the economy of the Group.

Mr. Fang also reported the effort made by the Tread Union in the past year for democratic management, protecting employees` rights and so on .These achievements had been affirmed by all the staff .

The year ,2008, is a very important year for the development of Zhisheng Group ,and also the year during which ,Wuhan City builds a nationally civilized city .During the meeting ,Mr. Fang also propagated the knowledge about Four City Honours Getting. Workers from Tread Union also leaded the employees to accomplish the questionnaires about Four City Honours Getting, which had further improved the knowledge of the employees, and boosted the Group`s participation in building nationally civilized city.
