Zhongnan Building Materials Market organized a formal and effective training for all of its security guards under the leading of Xing Laiqiang ,the team leader, April 9.

More than one hour`s formation training made everybody forget the hard of the work, they all flung themselves into the training. Team leader Xing took great pains to demonstrate main point of every kind of movement, and the members repeated each movement again and again with thoroughness, which was by no means inferior comparing with army`s military training.
