The first period of ""Speaking Ability Show"" training camp of Zhisheng Group was opened in the Group"s Shanghai branch, on May 27.The Group"s board chairman Robin Zhang attended the opening ceremony and encouraged all the staff to active participation in this activity, and to enable the eloquence to become an advantageous tool in their work.

It is known that this training camp is divided into four stages, with the first stage is to make every student open his or her mouth to speak. In this stage, every student should speak according to a fixed topic at the front of the other students for five minutes. The second stage is to teach the students the art of public speaking, and in this stage there will be some professional lecturers to teach the students some basic skills about speaking. The third stage is that every student act as a lecturer and teach the rest students their skills in doing their own job within 30 minutes. After more than 3 months training and learning, finally is the demonstration stage, and at that time there will be some outstanding students chosen by each branch of the Group to partake in the speech contest.

The main aim of this training camp is to raise the students" ability of public speaking, and enables the employees to do their job better with their excellent eloquence.
